All foundation sessions focus on developing sensitivity, attentiveness, structural integrity and rhythm.
Different lenses and emphasis are applied and rotated weekly so that students progress effectively and safely while simultaneously building a movement and Asana vocabulary and a fruitful yoga practice.
These sessions include Asana (postures) Pranayama( free breathing and exploration) Ullola (breath-linked movement) and conclude with relaxation.
Open to all levels of student, with modified or deepening and refining postures according to individual.
The deepening practice sessions are for those students, teachers having attended at least three months of classes or the equivalent with Jo. Contact for suitability.
The deep relaxation and restorative Friday sessions are a yummy combination of seated meditation, breath awareness, gentle movement and restorative yoga, where we use props to support the body in opening and releasing while inviting deep rest.Nourishing and extremely good for burn out, adrenal fatigue and students wishing to learn the art of relaxation.
Drop in classes are taught by senior Dynamic teacher Jo in English and certified Dynamic yoga teacher Selma in English, German and Spanish.

We regularly offer 5 week fundamentals,intermediate and meditation courses. Students are introduced to specific areas of the practice within an unhurried, progressive and systemic format. The fundamentals courses are perfect for beginners and students wishing to have a solid foundation from which to build a home practice. Intermediate courses go deeper into the subtleties of practice and are popular with both yoga teachers and students whom have previously taken at least 2 of the fundamentals courses. The meditation courses take the somatic (of the body) enquiry begun in yoga practice into sitting, they are progressive, exploratory and are suitable for anyone interested in exploring meditation.

Yoga once a week can be something we really look forward to but to really give yoga a chance to do its thing I recommend 2 classes a week , if you can manage 3 you may become fully hooked on how you feel.
If you wish to attend a course 20€ reserves your space, this fee is non- refundable but transferable to another course or classes.
