A one-on-one session can take on a different format to general courses and classes. You may feel that you have specific issues, physical, physiological, emotional etc that benefit from individualized and more intimate personalized sessions. Maybe you are new to yoga and require some private sessions so that you feel comfortable to shift into group classes or onto one of the courses.
Over 15 years of teaching I have worked closely with people experiencing a wide variety of challenging issues from cancer, rheumatoid arthritis, high blood pressure, slipped discs, severe scoliosis, depression, and bereavement.
I am not a healer or a fixer and I give out no promises and profess to have no miracle cures. I provide a safe space for people to rediscover the innate wisdom within and use whatever combination of yoga, somatic meditation, open listening, dialogue and inquiry pointers appropriate to the individual.
